I hosted a
Christmas Pocket Letter Swap
in my flickr group
and this is the pocket letter I
created for my partner Laurie.
I made it so Laurie could disassemble
it and use most of the elements
in her own artwork if she chooses.
The lovely white and silver edge trim
is adhered with double-sided tape
for easy removal.
In the first pocket I included some
old German scrap St. Nicks that were not attached
to a vintage script background.
This beautiful frosty flower
in the second pocket
has a thick chipboard vintage postcard
as a backdrop.
Red and white twine
with some fun Tim Holtz ephemera and
a mini glittered bottlebrush tree
against a wintry ATC.
Do you like the snowman stickpin I made?
I also included some snowflake brads
on a piece of white burlap trim.
Another pocket with
thick chipboard pieces, and
another ATC.
This is some of my most
favorite wintry trim.
And in the final pocket
this gorgeous blue poinsettia pick
with a pretty sheer snowflake ribbon.
So much better than sending a card!
