Pretty Paper Purses

I love Anna'a blog, Frosted Petunia's , and inspired by her Artful Bag Challenge, decided to give paper purse making a try. I found a template at Stampin' Pretty (scroll about halfway down post). I'm still in a wintry mood and still loving snowflakes, so What's so sweet is the purse, minus the handle is approximately 3"x3"-perfect for party favors or table place settings. I used an embossed winter cardstock and embellished with paper lace, a little bling, paper flower and glittered snowflake.

    YOUR PURSE IS SO PRETTY...I HAD NO IDEA THERE WAS A TEMPLATE FOR THE PURSES....I MADE MINE BY DRAWING THE TEMPLATE AND YOU CAN TELL...IT IS A CLUTCH TO GO WITH MY PAPER DRESS.

    Joanne I just adore your pretty purse! I am still in a wintry mood too and I love the blue and the snowflake and lace you used. The handle is too cute! It's perfect for a little card or invite like you said. Thanks so much for sharing and for playing along :)

    Love your little bag. The colour blue goes so nicely with the snowflake. Lovely wintery feel to it. You could alaways do a tutorial for it.!!!!!!
